1. Services Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
    • The service provided was significantly different from the description agreed upon.
    • The service was not performed as per the industry standards or the agreed-upon specifications.
    • Any delays in service completion that were not communicated or agreed upon.

1.2 Refund Requests

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the completion of the service. You will need to provide your service order details and a description of the issue.
  • Refund requests are subject to review and approval by our management team.

1.3 Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the transaction within 7 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

1.4 Non-Refundable Services

  • The following services are non-refundable:
    • Services that have been fully completed and accepted by the client.
    • Any custom or specialized services where materials or resources were procured specifically for the project.
    • Services that were terminated by the client without reasonable cause.

2. Return Policy for Goods

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Goods supplied by Compress India are eligible for return if:
    • They are defective or damaged upon delivery.
    • The wrong item was delivered.
    • The item does not match the description or specifications provided at the time of purchase.

2.2 Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  • Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

2.3 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), Compress India will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the client will be responsible for return shipping expenses.
  • Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

2.4 Inspection and Refund

  • Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you and offer options, such as returning the item to you at your expense.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Service Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a service request within 24 hours of placing the order without any penalty. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the stage of the service.

3.2 Goods Order Cancellations

  • Orders for goods may be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but the item may be eligible for return as per our return policy.

4. Exceptions

  • Custom orders, special projects, and non-standard services or products may have different refund and return terms. These will be clearly communicated to the client at the time of purchase or service agreement.
