We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Customized Quotations Each service request will receive a customized quotation based on the specific needs of your project. Quotations are valid for a limited time as specified in the quotation document. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the quoted price.
4. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information regarding their service requirements. Any delays, additional costs, or failures arising from inaccurate information provided by the client will be the client’s responsibility.
5. Payment Terms Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as specified in the agreement. Compress India reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.
6. Service Warranty We stand by the quality of our work. Compress India offers a limited warranty on our services, the terms of which will be specified in the service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by factors outside our control.
7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the service. This obligation shall survive the termination of the service agreement.
8. Liability Compress India shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. Termination Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms outlined in the agreement. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Amendments Compress India reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
